Louise Eden just celebrated 26 years of being a licensed Real Estate Broker! She is a Managing Broker, as well as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Louise prepares the Management Agreements and Leases. She also works hand in hand with the Accountant, sends the Owners Statement and pays the Bills. Louise meets with all Landlords looking at our Services. She completes all the marketing for the properties and prepares the advertisements with pictures. Her relationships with both the Owners and the Tenants is very professional, helpful and personal.

Mark Fukuzawa
Associate Broker and Property Manager
Mark Fukuzawa is our newest Associate Broker and Property Manager. Mark is enthusiastic, instinctive, and has a passion for helping buyers, sellers and our renters/owners on our Property Management side of the business. He has the ability to listen and understand the needs of families as he works hard to meet their needs. Mark and his wife have raised their children here in the beautiful Grand Valley, Mark knows the community’s neighborhoods, schools and recreational activities. Mark is a licensed real estate agent.
